Currently,we have not authorized any individual or company,that out of Chinese mainland, to sell our products or offer any aftersales service. If any problems,please directly contact us,our Shenzhen company offer all aftersales service.
We offer whole process UAV and related system’s operation training(certified by Chinese official organization),that needs you come to Shenzhen factory to accept around 1 to 2 weeks(vary according to individual learning ability) training lessons, of course, it could be more longer or less until you really master how to operate it. During this period,any fees you caused,that needs you pay for it by yourself.
Generally,we offer 1 person’s training lesson each time, but if you choose to pay for extra fees more than 1 person,that is negotiable.
Within warranty period,any damages or reasons that resulted in UAV(s) and control&command system can not be regularly used, we will offer free maintenance service to guarantee it can be used regularly, but human purposed damage or operation mistake sector is excepted.
Because there’s none aftersales in any overseas local markets,that needs you deliver it to us for maintenance,and afford the shipping costs. We only offer free maintenance service,and do not afford any shipping costs.
Out of the warranty period,you need pay for related peripherals replacement and maintenance.
